You can rent an apartment with several friends, but the plans are personal, so each one must make their reservation separately and then we assign them together in the same apartment.
Yes. In LivinnX common expenses are included.
All those expenses related to the normal functioning of the community, these are classified in: administration, maintenance, repair and use and consumption
The rental value corresponds to your monthly accommodation, furniture, appliances, common expenses, the use of common spaces, use of residential Wi-Fi and cable TV, sports classes and weekly activities organized by us.
LivinnX has 144 apartments, but works under the “Student housing” model. That means that all values are individual. In addition, the building is designed and think for the students, with rooms and spaces that are not found in other buildings. We also have a team 24 hours a day that is available to the residents.
If you come with someone we can assign them to the same department. In case you come alone and want to share, we have a software that brings together residents according to compatibility.
The resident chooses the sex of his roommates within his selection parameters.
All residents have an electronic access card, which allows them to access all the common areas of the building. For the prints, the resident should only bring their personal sheets and use the printing area in the study room.
Each student is charged a fixed monthly cost of $ 41,000 that corresponds to the consumption of electricity, water and central heating. Regarding the payment of monthly payments, depending on the payment method, a cost or commission per transaction can be added.
All apartments come equipped with beds, desks, heated towel rails, closets, 43 ”smartTV led television, coffee table, 3-section sofa, central heating thermostats, chairs, refrigerator, touch electric hob, microwave oven, electric oven, campaign.
Bedding, bathroom, as well as kitchen kits are for personal use, so the resident must bring them.

The VIP room and the BBQ area are subject to reservations according to availability at the time. However, the larger facilities such as the swimming pool, yoga / gym room, game room, mini soccer tennis court and general study room cannot be reserved for personal use as they are common areas of the building.
Residents can invite their friends, they simply have to register once they are in the building. Residents have 3 free nights per month to invite someone to stay overnight. As of 23:00 hours, the visit is considered to be housed in the building, so the day is discounted. Once these monthly visits are completed, if more nights are needed, a value per night proportional to the value of the monthly payment is charged.
Sorry, at the moment we do not admit any type of pet.
In the event of a conflict between roommates, we will use the opportunity to teach about commitment and coexistence. If residents resolve their differences, they continue to share together. If they cannot agree, one of the two residents will be moved to another room. We have a “resident life” staff that will take care of the coexistence and well-being of the students 24 hours a day.
We accept PayPal, Webpay, credit and debit cards, national transfers. For some payment methods, transaction fees apply.
To reserve a space, you must sign the lease in person or electronically and make the payment of an admission fee corresponding to $ 100,000 Chilean pesos (non-refundable). This fee is intended for administration and reservation expenses, such as preparing the apartment, cleaning, creating keys, etc. The resident only pays the first month’s rent at the time of move-in.
In case of canceling the contract, the difference of the time committed must be paid. We give the possibility that you find someone to take your place and carry out a contract transfer.
We are 2 blocks from Metro Moneda Station (Line 1).
There are no time restrictions for residents.
